Advanced Planning Sales Training — 2 Day Class

In this 2-day day classroom training, we will review the CFCS process used by Family Services Advisors when meeting with families for Advanced Planning Arrangements.

The training includes advanced planning topics and best practices used in the cemetery and funeral industry. The course is a mixture of Instructional methods including facilitator lecture, peer discussion, and role-play.

Prerequisites & Compliance Requirements

Completion of the Family Service Advisor Onboarding Program is required.
Materials Needed:
Attendees will be given the Advanced Planning Sales Training Participant Workbook at the beginning of class.
Training Policy:
Registration closes when the maximum number of seats are filled. - Classes may be canceled if enrollment is low. - Attendance and participation in both full days of the course is required for course credit. - Dress is business casual.
