CFCS University Training Calendar

In this 2-day (3-hours per day) facilitated workshop, we will review the CFCS process and develop phone skills for successful phone calls. Topics discussed include developing effective strategies for communication, appointment setting, and sharpening your phone skills for greater success.

In this 90-minute facilitated workshop, we will examine Productive Conflict between leaders and teams. Learning how to engage in productive conflict and resolving conflict, understanding the process for difficult and uncomfortable conversations, and motivating others towards a successful resolution are also discussed.
