CFCS University Training Calendar

In this 2-day day classroom training, we will review the CFCS process used by Family Services Advisors when meeting with families for Advanced Planning Arrangements. The training includes advanced planning topics and best practices used in the cemetery and funeral industry. The course is a mixture of Instructional methods including facilitator lecture, peer discussion, and role-play.

In this 90-minute facilitated workshop, we will examine Productive Conflict between leaders and teams. Learning how to engage in productive conflict and resolving conflict, understanding the process for difficult and uncomfortable conversations, and motivating others towards a successful resolution are also discussed.
