You need to view what you do through the “family lens.” How the family “sees or hears or feels” will determine if their needs were met.

In this 60-minute facilitated workshop, we discuss the importance of viewing the family experience through the “family lens.” This class is open to all CFCS roles—managers and individual contributors.
