This is a 2-Day course. Day 1: April 23, 2024 from 6:00 AM PST – 2:00 PM PST | Day 2: April 24, 2024 from 6:00 AM PST – 2:00 PM PST. This course is being held in person in Detroit, MI at Our Lady of Hope Cemetery (South Chapel). All times are listed in Pacific Standard Time (PST). Please adjust your time accordingly. This comprehensive course introduces participants to “The CFCS Way,” a structured approach employed by Family Services Advisors during interactions with families for Advanced Planning Arrangements. The curriculum encompasses advanced planning principles and industry best practices within the cemetery and funeral sector.

Instructional modalities employed in this course comprise facilitator-led lectures, peer discussions, and role-playing exercises. The knowledge and skills acquired through this training are designed to enhance your ability to effectively serve contemporary families in your professional capacity. As a pivotal contributor, you play a crucial role in guiding CFCS families through the Advanced Planning Process, facilitating the commencement or continuation of their end-of-life journey.
