This is a 2-Day course. Day 1: June 12, 2024 from 10:00 AM PST – 1:00 PM PST | Day 2: June 13, 2024 from 10:00 AM PST – 1:00 PM PST. All times are in Pacific Standard Time (PST). Please adjust your time accordingly. This course is for all new FSA’s or any FSA wanting a refresher. In this course, you are introduced to “The CFCS Way” for Advanced Planning Phone Skills.
