This course is for all new FSA’s or any FSA wanting a refresher. In this course, you are introduced to “The CFCS Way” for Advanced Planning Phone Skills. The topics and best practices that you will learn are designed to help you serve with a “family-first” approach using the best practices nation-wide. Your mission is to educate our families on the products and services that CFCS offers, while providing families with the best “service experience” possible, always keeping families’ best interests in mind.
