Advanced Planning Phone Skills — 2 Day Class

In this 2-day (3-hours per day) facilitated workshop, we will review the CFCS process and develop phone skills for successful phone calls. Topics discussed include developing effective strategies for communication, appointment setting, and sharpening your phone skills for greater success.

Prerequisites & Compliance Requirements

Completion of the Advanced Planning Sales Training is required.
Materials Needed:
Attendees must bring the Advanced Planning Phone Skills Participant Workbook or the .PDF document to the Zoom session.
Training Policy:
Registration closes when the maximum number of seats are filled. - Classes may be canceled if enrollment is low.
