In this 90-minute facilitated workshop, we will examine building accountability through goal setting, open conversations, and the value of one-on-one meetings and performance reviews. Topics on engaging employees by building relevance, service, and measurement, understanding the customer through the lens of the family, the importance of successful onboarding, and the leader’s role in reinforcing our Service Keys are also discussed.
