Advanced Planning Sales Training — 2 Day Class

Queen of Heaven Cemetery and Funeral Center 1965 Reliez Valley Road, Lafayette, CA

In this 2-day day classroom training, we will review the CFCS process used by Family Services Advisors when meeting with families for Advanced Planning Arrangements. The training includes advanced planning topics and best practices used in the cemetery and funeral industry. The course is a mixture of Instructional methods including facilitator lecture, peer discussion, and role-play.
